Gray.
I've spent a lot of time looking at gray lately. I think I've mentioned that two clients recently have wanted gray rooms. FTR, I found the best grays at Farrow and Ball.
This morning, while browsing the net, I ran across this snippet of a gray room. It is darker than I have encouraged my clients to use but I liked it a lot and wanted to share it with you.

I agree with you about F&B. I painted my kitchen/family room in Elephant's Breath with Blackened on the ceiling. Love it. I would love to be in the room when they pick their color names, wouldn't you?

Yes. I would be good at that! In trying to explain to a client why I like F & B colors, I came up with "because they are more Christian." She said "As opposed to what"? I said, "Well, heathen colors."
