When the flowers had died, still had the sticks. liked them, kept them in the vase, which had water...and maybe a week or two later they ROOTED! Right now I am looking at the HUGE tree that those sticks became. The birds love to perch on the branches before they go for the birdfeeders. That seems a bit overboard for a dead stick.
